HURAY ceramic coated domestic hot water tanks

Domestic hot water storage tanks from 200 liters up to 2000 liters. They can be used as buffer tanks in heating, air conditioning or other technological systems alternatively. Finned copper heat exchanger can be installed through the flange openings to heat the tank from other heat sources.

The same openings can serve for inspection and cleaning and easy removal of dirt and lime scale deposited on the bottom of the tank. The flange diameter sizes 180 mm for 200 to 1000 liters and 300mm for 1500 to 2000 liters tanks.

The larger volume tanks might serve the hot water need of municipal and industrial facilities in abundance. The glassy smooth inner ceramic surface burned on at 850 Celsius prevents the corrosion for a long time. The organic impurities and lime scale have hard to stick to the fine surface resulting longer tank life and healthier water quality. 

The 50 mm thick polyurethane foam insulation minimizes energy losses. The insulation of the outer PVC jacket is 100 mm thick on the tanks ranging from 800 to 2000 liters.

Large built-in anode rod offsets electrolytic corrosion due to dissolved mineral salts and other contaminants thus protecting the tank and the threaded connections effectively.

Electric heating element can also be installed. 

The maximum operating pressure of the tanks:  0.6 MPa (6 bar)
